A Stroll Through Cooperstown

A stroll through Cooperstown in the summer is one of the best ways to first experience our little town. One stoplight, historic architecture, small shops, all nestled at the south end of the nine-mile-long Otsego Lake. You can’t go wrong. And those lake views are only two or so blocks from Main Street.

Staying on the move also helps kids remain engaged as we go through the session, so a trip down Main Street and to the lake offers a variety of photo opportunities.

That’s what this family and I did this past summer (plus a trip to the ever-lovely Brookwood Gardens), and I love the moments we captured.
