Richelle and Tyler at Fenimore Art Museum
I have a love-hate relationship with fall: the landscape is so beautiful, but it’s short-lived and there is always a tinge of nostalgia in the air for me. You know it all means that winter is just around the corner. The temperature in Central New York has been abnormally warm, and since I’m still a Florida girl at heart, I am a huge fan. But even with the colder fall temperatures we normally have, I love the changing of the leaves and the incredible colors we get to see around Cooperstown.
Richelle and Tyler also love the autumn foliage and wanted to document their family before the season changes. So even with their hectic schedules, we found a moment for a session at the Fenimore Art Museum with their two beautiful dogs, Bohannon and Sniper.
The Fenimore Art Museum is set on Otsego Lake and has a beautiful walking path that takes you down for prime views of the lake. You can also experience the organization’s outdoor exhibit, Otsego: A Meeting Place, which explores the lives and culture of the Iroquois people.
We strolled the walking path and captured some great moments in this park-like setting.
